2026 RATES
Mediation via Zoom Video Conference:
One half day (4 hours) $ 4,000 – Full Day (8 hours) $7,500
In Person Mediation:
San Luis Obispo: One half day (4 hours) $ 5,000 – Full Day (8 hours) $8,500
Silicon Valley: One half day (4 hours) $ 5,000 – Full Day (8 hours) $8,500 – $1,000 Travel Fee

Mediation fees include all preparation, pre-mediation conference calls (if requested), and reasonable follow up communications. Mediations which exceed the scheduled hours are billed at $750 per hour. Note: the mediator is unlikely to be available for additional hours for half day mediations.
Deposit:
A deposit of the total mediation fee is required to secure the date. Fees incurred in excess of the deposit shall be billed following the mediation.
Fee split between parties:
All mediation fees are shared equally between the parties unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Cancellation/Rescheduling:
Mediation may be cancelled or rescheduled with 14 days advanced notice without charge. Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled date incur a $1,000 cancellation fee per party.
